People.Potential.Presence.
I build teams that open doors for overlooked talent and help people and organizations show the world what they can do.

I have always believed that where you begin should not decide where you can go.
Hi, I’m Rachita Sharma. As CEO and Co-Founder of Girl Power Talk, I lead a model that finds, hires, and trains promising talent across 40+ countries. We build capable teams for clients while giving women and young professionals the experience and responsibility to grow into leaders.
At Blue Ocean Global Technology, I work with organizations, executives, and high-net-worth individuals facing complex reputation challenges. From crisis response and sensitive publicity to long-term rebuilding, I help turn strategy into coordinated action when the consequences are significant.

Talent & Global Teams
Finding potential beyond conventional hiring pools, then giving people the training, responsibility, and trust to deliver.
↗Reputation & visibility

↗Opportunity & access
Creating platforms, programs, and conversations that give more people the chance to be heard and seen.

Potential is everywhere. Opportunity isn’t.
We can widen access and maintain high standards at the same time. The answer is to look more carefully, invest in people, and give them real work that matters.
